Skypark Residence
Condominium
We gave this family home a modern Malaysian vibe!
Brief: to create a contemporary stylish feel with a Malay influence
Spaces transformed: entrance, living, dining room, balcony and all bedrooms.
Services engaged: interior design, decorating and styling plus minor reno works, concept planning, space planning, painting, invisible grills, new built-in furniture, wallpaper features, custom designed window treatments (curtains and blinds), additional electrical works, sourcing for all new furnishings & accessories and styling.
What we sourced: lighting, artwork, mirrors, rugs, bedding, sofa, stool, arm chair, ottoman, dining table, outdoor furniture set, throw pillows, storage and writing desk, beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, desk, desk chair and accessories
Bespoke furnishings: dining chairs, beds, curtains & cushions, bunkbed with storage, custom artwork, welcome sign.
Bespoke interior upgrades: TV wall, shoe cabinets, display shelves, painting and wallpapers.
How we worked: We had a blank canvas and used lots of different tones of champagne and golds in the rooms, along with patterns that felt Malay for the entry, living, dining and balcony. For the bedrooms, we introduced different colour themes based on the personalities of the occupants of the room. We also had no existing furniture to incorporate so we could be as creative as we wanted with new furnishings.
