Elias Green
Condominium
We crafted a Singapore apartment that oozed colonial charm with splashes of Asia!
Brief: to bring a 20-year-old apartment into the modern age whilst retaining a colonial element.
Spaces transformed: whole apartment.
Services engaged: interior decorating and styling plus renovation.
What we sourced: every single item in this apartment as the client had no existing furnishings.
Bespoke soft furnishings: throw pillows and window treatments.
Bespoke interior upgrades: all new bathrooms, kitchen, painting, wallpapers, new flooring and carpentry works.
How we worked: we used inspiration from 19th century Black & White colonial houses in Singapore and injected modern touches combined with Asian elements to create a unique home.
